Podiatry for Kiama: two Shellharbour clinics, one team

Kiama locals have two ways to see us, both a short trip north in Shellharbour. The same team works across both, so you can choose the clinic that suits your day and the kind of care you need.

Shellharbour Village: everyday foot care and new problems

At 19/23 Addison Street, in the heart of the village, we see everything from thickened nails, corns and painful ingrown toenails to heel pain and sports injuries. Park on Addison Street or in the large council car park behind the building, and if you’re early there’s no shortage of cafés nearby. Saturday appointments run on some weekends, so ask when you book. Call 02 4296 8363.

Shellharbour City: when pain hasn’t settled

Beside Stockland Shellharbour at 4–5/6 Benson Avenue, this clinic focuses on chronic and complex foot and ankle problems. It’s also home to our HIRO TT high-intensity laser, used where it suits your treatment plan. Parking at Stockland is free. Call 02 4012 1644.

Coming by train

Shellharbour Junction is on the South Coast Line from Kiama, and local buses connect the station with Shellharbour Village. Check Transport for NSW for current times.

Featured condition

Plantar Fasciitis

Plantar fasciitis is a condition characterised by inflammation of the plantar fascia — a thick band of tissue that runs along the bottom of your foot, connecting your heel to your toes. This inflammation can result in heel pain, especially with your first steps in the morning or after periods of rest. It’s a very common issue that can affect people of all ages and activity levels, often stemming from factors such as overuse, improper footwear, or biomechanical issues.
